Supreme Court Upholds Constitutional Rights of Gun Owners
In a major victory for gun owners this week, the U.S. Supreme Court stated that the Second Amendment's right to bear arms also extends to state laws. The decision of the Supreme Court in McDonald v. Chicago will overturn restrictive local and state gun laws since the U.S. Constitution is the final authority over state laws. The case focused specifically on gun laws in the Chicago area. The AzFRW and NFRW salutes the Supreme Court for upholding our Second Amendment rights.
